Raising a concern about a ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ Registrant.
There are a number of ways you can raise a concern about a ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ registrant, details are provided on this page.
Please note that ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ can only consider concerns about people registered with us (Graduate and Allied Health Professional members). You can use the register to check to find out whether the person you have concerns about is a registrant.
Other musculoskeletal healthcare professionals are regulated by different bodies:
Physiotherapists: Health and Care Professions Council
Chiropractors: General Chiropractic Council
Osteopaths: General Osteopathic Council
Podiatrist - Health and Care Professions Council
There is no body with a recognised regulatory function for Sports Therapists in the UK. There are a number of membership organisations who may be able to offer you support if you have concerns about one of their members, namely: The Society of Sports Therapists, the Sports Therapy Association and the Sports Therapy Organisation.

Please download and complete the Raising a Concern form. You should send any supporting evidence enclosed with the form.

Raising your concerns by telephone.
You can also raise a concern by telephone. In this case please contact the ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ administration office on 0330 133 2123. Details will be noted using the and then you may be contacted by the ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ Registrar as a follow up. It is likely that you will need to submit further information if an investigation into your concerns progresses, we will provide you with support to do so if required.

Please contact ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ if you require any support to put your concern in writing. ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ will not ignore a concern because it is not in writing and will support those who may be unable to put a concern in writing (e.g. due to language or literacy difficulties).

Please note that AHP Registrants of ³Ô¹ÏÏÖ³¡ will also be on a statutory register (e.g., Health and Care Professions Council) and your concerns should be raised with the statutory register in the first instance.
